The Downside of Being "Fratty"

Interesting, but I have seen many frat guys that seem rather immature. While I think that social skills are extremely important to succeed in banking, you don't need to be "fratty". In fact, if you were fratty, the client might find that a little off putting.

The right balance is to be polished, stoic in behavior, interesting, and someone who sounds smart. I'm not into politics, but Barack Obama seems like a guy who can be an excellent banker from the way he presents himself.

What is your point? You're just rambling and saying whatever pops into your head without connecting your arguments into any sort of flowing, coherent post.

It relates to the earlier post of "Banking Needs Sacrifices". I started a new post as the original post intended took a different turn into the importance of being fratty.

It was still pretty horribly written, and you came off as a retard. Also, please explain what a "fratty" personality is. I'd really love to hear what this entails, in your mind.

agreed. what the hell are you talking about. frat guys run america. there may be issues with it across the pond but you can not go wrong with being a fraternity guy in the US
