Not sure if this is true, but hear associates got paid 50% of street. Analysts took about 75% of street in 06.

Base comp is street. Don't know about bonus
Bonus was $58K vs. Street top of $80K. So about 75% of Street sounds right. Base was $55K or $60K, can't remember now.
That's just one data point, I don't have anything else unfortunately.
Not sure what last year was as I no longer have good contacts there, but I think they've been struggling quite a bit lately. Boutiques tend to struggle disproportionately in recessions.
