Don't do it if you have alternatives at your disposal, if you don't then you have no choice.

Objectively (and broad strokes):

S Tier - Anywhere in US

Better (some considerations) - Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, France (close though), Germany (close though). You could still try those places if not a local but will be hard to get in. Also those places are not as cosmopolitan as NYC and London so harder to integrate as a complete foreigner

The rest: to London you go my friend, condolences

 

Strongly disagree, in terms of learning opportunities London as a financial center is second to none bar NYC

If you are just trying to maximize income in your early years then sure Zurich HK or Dubai are better, but not for the long term
