Their US platform seems well positioned to grow in upcoming years. Heard great things about their culture and the pay is on par with their BB peers.

What do analyst 1 and 2s get?
Doubt pay at senior level is even with street. Although they do have to attract talent while in growth mode. Could be wrong
What are comp numbers?
Can’t speak to current but I worked there a few years ago, and only base pay was street. Bonuses were crap and a lot of weird folks worked there.
Heard pay in recent years has been street for base and close for bonus as well
