Timeline for Micro boutiques in NYC?

I am interested in doing a 2022 SA internship for a boutique in New York.

Does anybody know what the best way to approach this is? When does their job recruiting timeline typically start?

What I appreciated most was how closely his background, career path, and long-term vision aligned with my own ambitions. It was almost as if we shared the same goals and outlook on the future, which made the conversation even more valuable. Most small boutiques don’t have structured recruiting timelines. Just start by cold emailing a lot of people.
