Top ER SA -> IB Potential?

Hey guys, had a couple of quick questions about the viability of recruiting for IB FT as a current junior going to work in ER SA 2021.

School: Ivy but not HYPW

GPA: 3.8

Class: Junior ('22), accepted equity research SA offer at top ER firm (BAML/Evercore/JPM)

Diversity/Hooks: Nope lol

Would it be possible to recruit FT for IB and get a decent offer (MM/Boutiques)?

Would some non-elite BB also be possible?

I'm assuming elite boutiques and elite bulge brackets are entirely off the table at this point (aside from the bank I'll be working at over the summer).
