Transitioning from IB to Company Management
I'd like to do an off-cycle next January before graduating. On the long run, the objective is to transition to company management.
- What is the best way to start off, M&A? Rx? Other?
- How much time should one stay in IB before moving on?
- What is the traditional transitioning process?
