Transitioning from S&T internship to IB FT
I got an offer for S&T at my firm (smaller firm), but I"m interested in transitioning to IB. What's the best way to go about this? I've networked, and some people have forwarded my resume. However, I have not heard anything yet. My school doesn't really have recruitment by MM firms nor a lot of alumni there. Should I just keep cold emailing and hoping for the best?
