Travel reimbursements for diversity event?
I recently got invited to a diversity event at BlackRock. They have agreed to reimburse travel up to $250. My question is 1) How do I get the reimbursement? (i.e. do I send them my receipt and stuff) 2) Do they care what kind of travel it is? (like if I take a bus vs. if I drive). Thanks and sorry for the questions, I've never had this situation come up before.
They will send you a form that asks for your expenses and bank info. Save all receipts as they will likely require that you scan each one to compile in a separate pdf.
BlackRock Find your Future Forum? I don't think they were reimbursing for flights :(
I am not flying. I am coming in from Dartmouth. They said $250 max.
christ. they've started making students Certified Users?
Holy shit, they don't book your flight? I have never heard of a competitive diversity recruiting program that does not book your flight/hotel for you. Looks like BlackRock is behind the game
Yep. Didn't end up going because they didn't cover flights and there was no train that left my location and got to NYC by the morning.
just checked the reimbursements is $100, not $250. I misread, my mistake
