UBS Tomorrow's Talent Program

I'm a current freshman at a non target, and a club at my school recommended this program from UBS called "Tomorrow's Talent" for freshmen interested in banking. Does anyone have any insight into this program? Is it worse than getting a standard finance-oriented internship? Thanks in advance
