Uni of Warwick vs King's College London (KCL)

Hello, I'm a final year student at a British school in Europe and have offers (home fees) to study at Warwick for Politics and International Studies (AAA offer), KCL for Political Economy (A*AA) and Bath for Politics with Economics with a year in industry or abroad (AABB). I also have offers to study Economics with Business Economics at Erasmus University of Rotterdam as well as Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics (PPLE) at the University of Amsterdam. However, I would much rather go back to England to study. So, I need to decide between Warwick and KCL for my firm as I think I will put Bath as my insurance given their lower offer. I am keen on making it into investment banking, but would still like to make a switch into politics after IB. London vs. Coventry is really what I'm having trouble with, as I'd much rather live in London, but if you believe that Warwick would be better than KCL for breaking into IB it would help me with my decision. Thank you in advance.

Warwick is definitely stronger than the rest, but if your offer is for Politics and International Studies, it doesn’t give you much of an edge; the consensus for London IB is university over degree, though Warwick leans more STEM and your course lacks a quantitative element. WW would still likely offer slightly better chances, but if you strongly prefer London over Coventry, it makes sense to firm King’s and aim for a top master’s like LBS or HEC afterwards. Also Bath is a solid option —equally targeted as King's, better national rankings and not too far from London— so it comes down to preference.

Hi, thank you for the reply. So you don't believe that going to Warwick will give me much edge over KCL because of the course? Also would you suggest I do a masters after Warwick as well? If that's the case then I might as well go for KCL if I'd have to do a masters from there as well.
