University Recommendation and Advice

I am an incoming freshman, and I'm currently torn between joining King's College London for Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) and joining UCLA for a potential double major in Political Science and Economics this fall. I am thinking of going to grad school right after university to get a Master's in Finance or Economics (MBA is too pricey). My end goal right now is to enter the investment banking industry. My current dilemma lies in that as a European national, my tuition for my total of 3 years in King's will only amount one-third of which I will spend at UCLA for 4 years as an international student. As I currently reside in Asia, I have realized that the reputation of the two varies quite a bit... (e.g. look at THE World University Rankings..., etc.) UCLA seems to have the upper edge in this area. However, if I do go to UCLA, it is highly likely that there won't be enough for me to get a Master's degree, which is highly valued at least in the Asian part of the world. On the other hand, if I go to King's, even though money won't be a problem, I am not sure I will graduate with a high standing/GPA, because PPE is a pretty hard and prestigious course that requires in-depth knowledge in some of the subjects which I may be rather lacking in, so I am not sure if I will be able to get in a good enough grad school. That said, I am also unsure of my internship opportunities if I go to UCLA as an international student, whether I intern in the US or in my home country. All in all, I feel like I am a small fish in a big pond if I go to King's and an average fish in a big pond if I go to UCLA. Please give me some advice. Thank you for your time.
