I know I sound like a boomer, but the difference between the analysts who come in 5 days a week vs. the 'hybrid' ones is staggering. The remote kids miss social cues, spin their wheels for hours without asking for help, and generally have zero urgency. Are we doing them a disservice by pretending this job can be done from a bedroom?
