US Banks in Canada
Was wondering if anyone can confirm if US BB in Canada pay their employees in USD or pay a higher salary in CAD to equate for it?

Depends on the bank. Some pay USD equivalent converted to CAD. Some pay same # but in CAD so when factoring in conversion it's lower.
Can you clarify which ones pay USD converted/those with same # in CAD?
