Valuation multiples for Agri business?
Hi all - trying to learn more about Agri businesses. Are there any valuation metrics specific to Agri businesses for instance ev / hectares etc? I know there are several sub-groups within Agri so would love to learn as much as I can. Came across some broker reports online but they only mention the standard - ev / rev, ev/ebit and ebitda
The MBB and Big 4 reports on value creation are useful but I haven’t come across a report yet which talks about valuation that is Agri specific
