Virginia and New Jersey... A Precursor to 2022 Midterms

I am under the impression (not that this is really a hot take now) the results for Governor races are an insight to 2022 for the Democrats, with Virginia going red despite Biden winning by 400k votes and New Jersey being extremely close despite Biden winning by > 700k. It's almost like calling every white person inherently racist and associating all right leaning figures with Trump was a bad game plan, not to mention the push for CRT, enforcing mask and vax mandates, and Biden's continued disastrous performance in all aspects. Additionally would venture to say 2024 will be a slaughter, given that Biden and Kamala are the favorites for Dem nominee currently.

Interested to hear other's thoughts on upcoming elections and the political landscape currently.
