Depends how much leverage you have and how badly they need to fill. Since it is mid-year I’m sure you could get something for just this first year (6 months credit plus the 6 months you’ll actually work till the bonus is paid).
2021 timeframe definitely could get top bucket guarantees but not sure market is strong enough right now for a relatively junior mid-level position. Unless you’re MD level you aren’t getting multi-year guarantees in any market.
