Wouldn't worry about it, nothing you can do at this point. He could've just been having a bad day for any number of reasons (or he might actually be a prick). But keep in mind that you did get the offer, so that might just be how he comes across in interviews

At any rate, doubt he'll remember the encounter by the time FT comes around, and given the turnover in banking, it's possible he's left by then anyways. Just work hard once you start

If he really didn’t like you (and the offer was in his group) he could have gotten you dinged. Some people in IB (and life in general of course but I’d say a little more so in IB) are just somewhat abrasive by nature. They can have a tense convo with someone and not think anything of it 5 mins later

"I know you think you understand what you thought I said but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."

Buy a fedora and keep it at your desk. Every time that you see him, quickly place the fedora at a 20 degree angle on your head, gaze into his eyes, smile, nod, and start tipping incessantly.

On the reals, don't worry about it. Just be yourself, work hard, and if he starts to seriously harass you, take it to HR.

I was interviewed for a previous internship by a VP that I thought came off as a condescending dick. Was sure I didn't get the job. Ended up receiving an offer and worked with the guy throughout the summer. He turned out to be a great guy. I wouldn't read into it and just work hard, some people come off that way in the interview setting.
