I'm about to do an internship at a BB investment bank and wanted to buy a watch for the internship. Personally, I like the Tudor BB54 and Longines Hydroconquest GMT in black. What do you think of these watches? Are they too expensive for an intern?

I wear a Baume watch that I have had since my internship, but agree that any watch you wear is generally fine as long as it’s not ostentatious
You'll be fine with either - you'd get made fun of (a little) if it was a Rolex or something, but nobody's sweating over a Tudor.
I've had the older version of the Hydroconquest for years and I still love it and wear it almost every day
Either of those are completely fine for an intern. Go with whichever you like better.
