The last Private Credit Fund post seems to be a bit dated, so I was wondering what are the best Private Credit Funds to try and recruit for if you want to make the move from a Commercial Bank/Lev Fin role.

The top private credit funds tend to recruit from IB backgrounds (usually LevFin and RX), but some of the smaller ones recruit from commercial banks and the non-traditional ones (ex. TwinBrook, NXT, etc.)
What are some of the other smaller ones?
Maybe an Abacus, but I think they even focus on IB analysts. Tbh it'd be best to switch to an IB LevFin group or maybe even corporate banking. It'll be tough to break in from commercial banking, not that you aren't capable, but why pick someone from commercial banking when a firm could take an IB analyst in LevFin or RX?
