What do banks want to see on "strength finder" or "personality" tests

Just curious, as it seems more common for some banks to give personality type assessments these days, so their HR departments can have something to review all day I guess. I just find it maddening that someone in HR gets to stick their beak in and judge you as a candidate based upon a self-reported questionnaire versus the actual bankers in the group who have met you in person determining your fit and technical aptitude through modeling tests.

So my question, for anyone who knows, is what exactly are the banks looking for in these aptitude/work style/personality tests? Analytical ability above all? Any personality factors one DOESNT want to demonstrate affirmatively?
