What elite options are possible for cracked sweaty freshman

Hi so I'm a rlly sweaty freshman and I'm curious how elite I can go for my freshman summer internship. So far I've had internships in PWM, search fund, and starting boutique ib internship soon that will leverage into better boutique ib internship spring. Also am doing quant/data research at my target college. Got all through networking I've never applied for a job except for some freshman programs I applied for a year early but they said no :(.

I want to be really really elite but most of the like normal MS/GS like ib internships probably wont take me freshman year because they're for like sophomores and stuff. Is it possible to like network into those? I talked to like 4 MDs at MS to try and get a job for this summer but the only offer I got was in a low-mid tier state. My dad has a high-tier job in a medium-tier non-finance industry so no nepo sadly :(.

Maybe elite like pe? I'm not exactly sure what the best path for those are tho. I'm like pretty ok at networking tho I try and have like 8-10 calls a week with randoms but they kinda stopped being that useful since I'm booked until may and they're not really elite elite.

My cold email non-alumni coffee chat email reply rate (CENACCERR) is an impressive 57.3%

I know this sounds like a joke but I'm deadass I rlly need suggestions and I'm tired of spending every weekend writing emails to ppl at places I don't care about because I don't know what would be possible

Honest question dude what made you this obsessed about this industry? There’s way more to life than working at GS TMT believe me. I’d tone it down a bit because your enthusiasm can come off to some people as annoying since most guy in IB/PE actually hate their jobs. Enjoy life man there’s really no need to try this hard and I guarantee you won’t feel the same way when you enter the industry and are working in powerpoint and excel all day, believe me it’s not as exciting as one might imagine.
