What is more important- Brand name or the people

I have two offers for FT analyst positions, from Evercore and a British boutique- having a really hard time deciding but ultimately comes down to a few things

Evercore has a better brand name than the boutique, even though they are still very strong in the U.K- but are not really known abroad, with deals being mainly U.K. focused. Having interned at the boutique I know the people are great, I was treated very well at the firm and the culture is great, with hours good by IB standards. Evercore may give better exit opps.

Ultimately- what should the most important be when choosing a firm to start at (as an analyst)- the prestige/brand name or the people/culture.
