What shot do i have - Constructive criticism

Hey guys I just wanted to know what kind of shot I to get into private equity straight out of undergrad. Also any tips on where to find job postings for firms that would hire a candidate like me.

UT Austin GPA: >3.9 Experience: some financial experience, once worked for a fortune 500 company over the summer Extracirculars: Some major ones nothing too amazing contributed all of my expenses while in college (involved working two jobs usually)

Constructive criticism is welcomed.

Very low chance, but if you have your heart set on it, it's worth trying. Try some southeastern / southern shops where the UT name carries a bit more weight -- i.e. Roark in ATL... maybe a few shops in Charlotte... Places like that may be a bit more warm to your desires. PM if you want to chat more

Mentioned above. You create your own opportunities. Getting PE out of undergrad isn't even close to the most improbable thing someone has accomplished. These chance threads are retarded; every time someone makes one I feel like it's an insecure girlfriend asking if you "REALLY" love her.
