What should I do to best position myself for IB SA recruiting?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently a junior at one of the lower ivies (think Dart/Corn/Brown) who just went through recruitment and didn't land anything. I believe a large reason why I didn't land anything/didn't get enough interviews is because of my low GPA (~3.5 in an easy major). I transferred to this ivy college from Baruch College, where I had a 4.0 GPA. I'm not sure if Baruch is a target school or not; however, I know that there are relatively many people from the school on Wall Street.

My question is: to best position myself for getting an IB SA internship, should I just stay at my current school, where I only have 3.5, or should I transfer back to Baruch, where I could easily maintain a 4.0 GPA? Or try to transfer to an schools like UVA McIntire or Northwestern, where I still could get the target/semi-target status but have the opportunity to reset my GPA. Also, if you guys have any tips on what I should do, please let me know!

Thanks In advance! Happy New Years everyone!
