In all seriousness, just email them dude. Send them a list of times/dates that you think would work for them and work for you and see what he says.
Just be as broad as possible- “I’m free Monday from 12-7pm, anytime Tuesday before 11am, etc”.
Misread post ignore that. I’d just email back and say how about x time, or you can just call in the morning and leave a message saying call back whenever
Give them a broad range of times which you'll be free on i.e. "I'm free every day next week from 10am onwards", and then follow up with something like "Does 2pm Monday work for you?". You suggest a time so you're not pussyfooting around and being indecisive, whilst remaining as open as possible in case he's busy.

Assuming you've already got his number, then just be decisive and reply saying thanks, and that you'll call him at X on Y day. Call him at exactly that time.
