I’ve got an IB Superday (financing) at GS next week. It’s only three 20 minute interviews, which seems incredibly short.
Can anyone provide insight to what I should expect? All related threads on this are very old... I know GS did a similar interview process last year so I’d really appreciate insight from anyone who went through that process last year.

Very structured for me at least not a lot of room for casual conversation.
Lots of behaviorals / ethical questions.
relatively simple, mostly behavioral & experience related questions. May ask 2/3 nuanced technical questions just to check the boxes.

Easy Superday compared to other firms. It is very behavioral/fit questions. A lot of "What would you do if..." and "Tell me about a time when..." type of questions. If you are good at having conversations, you'll be fine
