Last day of the internship. If my bank was doing 1-2 weeks after the internship like the other posters, I would be anxious as hell waiting during that time. Not sure why banks need that much time either its not like there's that much to go off of especially for this summer.
Which bank? And yeah I don't see the purpose of banks doing it one or two weeks after especially with the job market being ass and putting students in a tricky situation. Also these banks should know what their headcount should be like now. I would think that banks should kind of already know who they would want to bring on and should just get the offers ready to send out on the last day. There ins't much to deliberate. Honestly the best plan of action which I think BofA did was just take everyone. I assume they'll just cut people within a few months or a year when they get on the job and fuck up
BofA didn’t take everyone, the offer rates was the same in previous years which was just high (like 90 percent).
