When are most Super Days for BB/EB's/Top MM?
Looking for a consensus of when most SA Super Days are for BB/EB/Top MM. E.g - Mid December, Early Jan, etc.?
Really appreciate it.

Career Resources
This year was earlier than usual. Most spots were filled for BBs, EBs, and top MMs by December. Superdays can be anywhere from late October until January for places like that. Of course, there are exceptions.
Mean to clarify: this is for SA Intern positions, NOT Full time.
From personal experience: -BML is done-- last one on Jan 7th 16 -WF all done - HL All Done -PW All done - DOnt Know about MS or GS
For targets or non-targets?
Historically I believe targets recruited for most firms in January/February with some EBs or BBs having accelerated programs in September-November. This year (at least at my target) all the recruitment was done by December and a few people had offers in late September. EBs were basically all full by December with a few exceptions, I think a spot opened at PJT in late Dec. and maybe one or two others at Centerview. November is when the large majority of superdays happened for most people.
Believe most of the non-targets finished up by February; there is some ongoing stuff still but its mostly due to more offers turned down than expected for some firms rather than additional availability. I'm a bit shakier on this.
Non-Target SA recruiting at most places was done by December this year.
Yes only couple non-core spots were left at HLHZ, STRH, RayJ, Stifel, & SocGen in Jan. I know DB and another BB had a 2nd non core superday in January to fill up leftover spots..
I think Guggenheim had most of their non-core spots left to fill in January.
However if this was for next year SA recruiting I'm sure the process will be 95% done for non-core by December. The ones that recruited late this year will move up their process to compete for talent
I'm a nontarget, my superday for Jefferies was first week of November, and accepted it as it was my first offer. I interviewed by phone for Citi, EVR, JPM, and Rothschild throughout October-November (but this might vary for others).
edit: referring to the others you said u interviewed by phone. was a phone interview the extent of the recruiting process?
Jefferies was the first superday I attended, and I got the offer, so I took it. During the same time period (+/- 1 week) I was doing phone interviews (first stage) for the other firms listed, and I cancelled the processes with them right after I got my SA offer.
I can confirm firsthand: BAML nontarget sophomore IBD + S&T superday mid November, offers extended the same day
HL was still doing phone interview for non target during the first week of Feb
For targets, usually November and another round in January
Looking for more opinions on non-core
At my MM all the SA spots were filled basically before the holiday season.
I'm from a non-core. My superday for JPM was in October. Moelis, Greenhill and Jefferies early November. BAML, MS, Citi, Barclays around December-January. DB in February.
When/where are these Superdays? Can someone please tell me? (Originally Posted: 11/12/2010)
When/where are these SA Superdays? (My school gives me no information about this) How do you find out about these?
GS in NYC for example.
And can people from any school attend? What divisions take people at superdays?
This post gonna be huge...
I would imagine they would be invite only - What are you going to say at the front desk when your name isn't on the list?
gotta have a first round interview before anything buddy...
superdays are final round interviews.
