When did you learn that you were going to be an Associate?
As the title suggests, at what point during your analyst stint did your boss tell you that you were going to be promoted to Associate? How many months in / what time of year was it?

I was told at my year end review for 1st year, as well as mid-year review as AN2 that I am in-line for promotion and to just keep it up
