My 1-year mark is coming up EOY / December. I plan to join a startup right after / the new year. Will giving my 2-weeks mid-December, before bonuses, impact my bonus? Should I be waiting until my bonus clears to give my 2 weeks? What is the best way to leave this job unscuffed? Also, is there any advantage in letting the staffer know I do not plan to stay past the 1-year mark early on (e.g. November)?
