Where Are All the JPM IB and MS IB
im looking at <10% target schools and their various linkedins from 2020-2025. Almost all have GS as their number 1 IB with way less JPM and MS.
Ik jpm cut down on overall recruiting but what’s up with MS?
What are you asking? What do you mean "number 1 IB"? What is "10% target schools"?
Question is why does GS hire way more than JP and MS @ HYPSM

Top candidates all go straight to buyside (a lot more firms have analyst programs now) or EBs. GS still holds weight especially due to group specific recruiting. MS Menlo still has some weight but the luster of MS NY generalist definitely faded by a lot. JPM was never that competitive compared to GS/MS to start with
