Where do bankers look for jobs these days?

Our small firm has a job available for a senior Analyst/junior Associate type. We don't want the (hopefully) unnecessary cost of a formal headhunter, but where do people job search for these types of positions these days? It's been several years since I've had to look. We've posted to top school alumni websites and WSO with limited response, not sure what the hot online resources are to reach this target audience? Thanks.

I worked at a small boutique for a year before lateraling to a MM. The small boutique used ACG's website, LinkedIn, and a formal headhunter. The problem with career websites, other than school ones, are that 90%+ of your applicants will have irrelevant experience (e.g. BO work) or not be U.S. citizens. Formal headhunters are a bit more organized, but all they really care about is that fee. They will throw you candidate after candidate that has finance-related experience, but never anyone with IB experience.

What ended up working for the small boutique was poaching a guy from another boutique that had a desire to move to this location. Look at some boutique guys on LinkedIn or on their bank's website. If they went to school near where your place is located, there may be an interest in moving. The only downside is that this requires considerable legwork on your part. Good luck.
