Where should your focus be when preparing for an interview?
I recently had my first ever two superdays with two middle market investment banks. With no prior experience attending a superday I was nervous that every round was going to be very technical so I studied 90/10 technical/behavioral because I did not want to botch the questions. But after experiencing the two super days which both consisted of 5%-10% of a technical aspect and a large majority of the questions relating to fit, I am curious, should the main focus be on behavioral questions rather than technical questions? Is the era of the technical "gotcha" questions over?
