I am in a struggle of which internship to take for the summer. I have four offers: a local consulting firm, a local Asset Management firm, a MM broker firm, and a less-known but actually quite large European insurance company.
I'm second-year undergrad. Really hope my internship this year can give me some leverage for IB internship next year. Thank you in advance for helping out.

Just curious, is finance role in an insurance company not relevant for banking at all?
Depends what you mean by finance - if it's just accounting etc then not really, but if it's corporate development/corporate finance then I'd probably actually take that over AM
That's very helpful. What do you think "Business development" role is in the insurance company? It's specified to be not a sales role, and I'm expected to use Excel most of the time. Thanks.
