Why aren't sundays protected in ib if so many bankers are christian?

It's illegal in the US to instate policies that even indirectly discriminate against religious practice without reasonable accommodation so why are Sundays basically full-blown workdays? I feel like it's pretty easy to sue if you're not given enough time to attend service, etc.

As a Jew, crazy to see how little activity there is on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur

... how about instead of believing for not working sundays you believe for eternal life

my plan is to work in ib til i get enough money to raise a family, which is driven by my catholic religion... so ig its just a tradeoff

Good to see you find yourself comparable to a McDonald’s worker

I am comparable, certainly in God's eyes. If you think you deserve special treatment just because finance then I respectfully disagree.

My point was more that, if bankers could sue because occasionally they cannot attend religious services, how does that legally stand compared to someone who always cannot attend because they work a Sunday morning shift? You'd think the latter has an even stronger case.
