Why XYZ Firm Interview Question - URGENT

Hey guys,

Here's what I got for the "why our firm" interview question for a specific firm I'm targeting:

  • Pre-2008 ranked very low in terms of IB, specifically advisory, now in the top 10, demonstrating incredible growth and motivating me to want to work for a growing firm ("A rising tide lifts all boats" - is what I recall an Associate telling me (could bring that up to make this reason more "personal)

  • As told by the Analysts and Associates, bake offs take place against both MMs, EBs, and BBs, giving a wide variety of deal flow (small deals, medium deals, large deals), offering an incredible learning experience

  • Positive culture that allows a great deal of senior exposure (can go into Analysts telling me about high-level Directors sitting right across from them, MDs reaching out to Analysts and scheduling coffee chats from different groups, purely to give advice, lean deal teams allowing for more responsibility and greater exposure, as mentioned)

Obviously these three points will be condensed in a 1-2 minute answer, but what do you guys think? These are all actual reasons I have for a firm I am targeting and want to get your honest opinion.
