...When about 15 people all walked off the job and left to a competitor. That was a bummer. Especially because I was a meeting when it all happened.
did that suck because you could have been one of those leaving, or because you got slammed by a ton of work as a result?
A year later we are still re-building our team... Re-orgs and lift-outs... gotta love 'em! I wish I could have actually seen people being escorted out of the building by security too...
