"Would you choose your bank again?" Question

Hi all,

I have an informational interview and I wanted to know if asking a question like "if you could choose again, would you still be working for your bank or would choose another one?" would be a good question or would sound like you're questioning their choices.

Thanks!

I would take it as if you’re trying to get me to talk shit about my current employer and wouldn’t like the question.

Another way would be to ask what they like about the bank and what is something they wish they knew about how things work at the bank before joining.
