The 6th and 8th by Evercore and Centerview go to show how much the EB's have grown and can now compete against the big BB boys with balance sheets across the board. Also, Jeff above Lazard is quite surprising though I knew they were above DB already, goes to show how that bank is going from strength to strength and that the hiring of new MDs + being aggressive in lending can have a great effect. Barclay's slip to 2nd best European bank is shocking but makes sense in the context of UBS - CS acquisition + Barclays senior hires lost, 2nd year they finished 1 spot below UBS if this continues(they were also one spot below UBS last year).
