Accidentally clicked inappropriate link on company laptop - am I screwed??

I was assigned the job of making a pitch deck on a company that sells a veterinary drug at work and my research on the product took me to Reddit - I was reading the consumer reviews on the product to get a sense of how people use it.

During my research, I accidentally clicked on a post from a far left subreddit I visited a few times out of curiosity - the post was recommended to me because it was trending due to how controversial it was. The post was some 4Chan level conspiracies about how certain ethnicities dominate the government and were titled as such. Needless to say I didn’t agree. I immediately closed out of that tab but I’m super nervous now that I will get a tap on my shoulder from HR any second now. Should I just self report myself?
