Advice on speaking with HR

I have gone through the final round of interviews for an FP&A role at a Fortune 100 company. About one week after the final interview, the HR lady contacted me and said that I was still in consideration for the role, and to reach out to her if I hadn't heard anything within the next week.

A week later, I sent her an email inquiring about my status and received an automatic out of office reply. I waited another week with no response and decided to send another follow up email. It is now 2 days later and I have still yet to receive a response.

Does anybody have some insight into what the best practice is in this scenario? Should I just leave her alone or should I wait a couple days and try calling her on the phone? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
