Advisory Interview Prep Advice
Hi all,
Applying for various AM & Financial Advisory FT roles. I was recently invited to interview for a Financial Advisory Analyst position at a reputable fund.
I was just wondering what to expect. I assume fit is a very big portion due to how client-facing these jobs are, but I'm more 'concerned' about the technicals. I assume the first round would be more behavioral-oriented and probably general market knowledge? Like the current rate environment, how it affects bonds, yields, etc. Superday, I expect a stock pitch/investment allocation, which I already have prepped. But beyond that, not very sure. Are there any good sources similar to the 400 IB Qs that any of you have used?
Only had one interview for AM a year ago, and that was for an internship -- would greatly appreciate it if anyone could provide some more depth.
