Aeris Partners, Canaccord Genuity, or Broadhaven Summer Analyst

Can anybody shed some light on these three different companies for me. I have offers for an IB internship at each and am wondering which one I should take.

Canaccord used to be a solid bank with focuses on tech and consumer but had layoffs a last year. Broadhaven if you like FIG and Aeris if you like tech.

Thanks for the input. Do you think Canaccord is not as good as it used to be? And do you know anything about compensation expectations across the three?

My good friend is also a PE assoc now and he spent 2 years at CGA in NYC on their TMMIS team (basically TMT), and he is doing very well in a media/tech PE fund now and recently just jumped to corporate. It's a good team and the guys running the group are legit, though there has been some turnover recently which is pretty true across firms however

Canaccord does A2A promotes in 1 year and 10 months and pays a higher base than these other 2 firms I'm pretty sure. Also NYC is way better than Boston imo assuming this is Can TMT. I would push harder and go for a bulge / EB if you can, you def can given you got some MM offers. You'll have a way better career than ending up at some small practice/boutique focused on boring MM deals

Unfortunately, I think the bulge bracket recruitment cycle has come and gone. I applied everywhere and networked effectively, however these three firms I have offers from were also the only firms I was offered a first round interview at. Do you have any advice about how I could get myself into an EB/BB, considering I have perfect on paper stats and believe a would be very well prepared for an interview at either?

Also I am curious if anybody has any input on the Fidelity Strategic Partners summer associtate internship. I have a first round interview coming up for them, but don't know much about the position. Is this something worth considering as well?
