Alternatives to T3 Trading?

Hey guys I recently received an offer from T3 Trading and I wanted to know if you guys had any other recommendations for other firm's I can apply for to get back into trading. I came from Trillium Trading doing pure Equity Prop trading based on a technical analysis background and would like to know if there are any other Shops that would be better for me to apply to get into this line of work. T3 is a legitimate trading firm which has recruited at my school and was featured on wall street warriors the show BUT requires a capital infusion of 5K which they then leverage up to make up your buying power. Also, I would rather find an equity trading firm that puts a lot of emphasis on training and trader development which will focus on developing strong traders. I was looking at First New York but it seems that they may be going under soon and converting their business model to that of a Hedge Fund and have many of their best traders leave. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Much thanks guys!!!
