Am I rejected after not hearing back for a week?
Hi, I recently had an onsite final round at a large platform. Feedback was very positive and I was told they would circle back shortly. However, I have not heard anything back for a week. Is this normal or am I likely rejected at this point?
One week, what is this, a recruiting process for ants? These processes take months, what’s a week here or there
It’s not the best and also not the worst. Ppl be wrapping it up for holidays. Follow up mid next week
Will take him a couple days min to make up his mind. Then takes legal a few days to draft contract.. and it's a holiday week with crazy factor vol. Circle back with them in a week or two if you haven't heard back, tell them you need to get back to another fund.
They really owe you a response if you made it to last round, though there's douche people out there.
