Are there more nepo babies now than in the past few years?
Noticed an uptick in nepo hires this year and last year among the entry level hires and interns. Not sure if this is a consequence of the job market in finance being so rough (so parents and clients have to pull strings to get their kid a job) or the pullback in DEI hiring naturally getting filled by nepo babies.

Yeah wonder if WSO would rather have nepo babies, which have a competitive advantage of climbing up the rank higher...versus DEI hires which are competing on equal terms
