Asset Management vs Asset Allocation
Hello! I'm considering two competing offers and would appreciate any context/info you all could provide.
I have two options - a research associate position at a top LO asset manager, and an analyst position at an asset allocation firm. What's the difference in terms of WLB, culture, exit opps, etc, between these two options? I'm aware of the comp differentials but am trying to get more of a sense of the intangibles.
