Background Check Form

Just received a form from the firm i'll be interning with and it's basically filling out a CV with a background check release form at the end. I moved schools twice during my final 2 years and was home-schooled for the final 6 months due to health problems. On my initial CV I just put one school down because it's complicated and i didn't want to have to go into detail. However on the background check form it's asking where you took your exams and as i took no exams at both of my schools I have just put 'home-schooled'. Do they ask you to do a second copy of your CV to see if there are any discrepancies? or will it just be sent straight to the background check company and it won't be noticed that my school is different? Bit worried it's going to look slightly dodgy!!

(i'm british so when i say school, i mean a US high school - not university!)
