Being Used?

About 2 months ago, I interviewed at two seperate shops for somewhat dissimilar roles, though both in the same industry. The first interview was less of an interview and more of an in person ding. After a phone interview, I was brought in for the no other purpose but to be told that I was an interesting candidate, but far too inexperienced for the role. There was really no interview, merely a handshake, a quick chat (for which my interviewer was 30 minutes late), and a thanks for stopping by.

The second company's interview was an actual interview, though HR failed to tell me where to go, or when it was, or with whom I was supposed to meet, as they said they would, so I had to contact the MD's admin to get confirmation that I was even scheduled. After the interview, and multiple attempts to reach out to HR and the interviewers themselves over the course of the next 5 weeks, I still had no responses. I assumed myself dinged.

After these two events, I found both of the exact same jobs being offered on my alma mater's OCR website. One job, a coincidence, but both? This seems unlikely, especially when I was told I lacked the experience for one of the positions, in spite of being 2 years out of school. I kind of feel like I was used to vet a school, then find cheaper talent in the graduating class. Is this remotely possible, or am I being paranoid?

^ yeah dude, if you have nothing else then hunt these fuckers down, but I would look to greener pastures as soon as possible

You would probably not like working for them anyway if that is how they treat people.

I had an office interview for a position (along with like 5 other people), got rejected, and they reposted the job on symplicity. Im not sure if the other 4 candidates got the job, maybe they decided they didnt like anyone...
